Medieval Village

Baronìa,
Where History Breathes Again

A medieval village in the heart of Sicily. An immersive experience of experimental archaeology, ancient crafts and daily life in the 13th century.

The Return to Mussaro

On the slopes of Monte Castello, where the ancient fortress of Sant'Angelo Muxaro once stood, Baronìa was born. Not a simple park, but a Open Air Museum on a scale of 1:1. A hectare of Sicilian land is transformed into a living stage, where the 13th century is not written in books, but is kneaded in Perellus' oven and cultivated in Mattheo's fields.

“Guardians of a timeless legacy.”
